Installed a new genie operator on a older garage. The door was a older wooden door with a floor that isn't level and chunks of asphalt or concrete missing. We called him to find out what was the problem. He said door not sealing. It didn’t seal before we installed new operator. I asked to come out and look and he declined. Mr. Hammock was happy when our installer left the job.Great door
